Refunds and returns

Fourteen days on plain caps and sunglasses, unworn and in the original packaging. Embroidered items are final sale — once stitched, a cap cannot be resold. Faulty or mis-stitched orders are remade at no cost.

Shipping

Kuwait 1–2 working days, free over KD 15. GCC 3–5 days. Embroidered orders add one working day.

Privacy

What we collect, why, and how long we keep it — including the WhatsApp number given with a logo upload, which is used only to check the artwork.
