Open an Ikaros
A small footprint, a workshop in the back, and embroidery while people wait.
How it goes

What makes it work
The embroidery machine is the point. A cap is a commodity; a cap with your initials stitched while you wait is not, and it carries a margin a plain one never will.
It also brings people back. Someone who has had one cap personalised tends to return for the next, and for gifts.
